Individual Sessions

Life energy, chi or prana, whatever you call it, this is at the core of everything; it creates life and needs to keep moving. When it becomes stagnant or stuck, we create discord or illness. Be that experienced as stress, anxiety, depression or physical illness and disease, it all starts with energy.

That is what I do…shift energy. I believe it is also teaching you how to work with your life energy to keep well and create your life, so I explain and teach as I work.

We set about untangling and freeing up energy that has possibly taken years to form but it is amazing how quickly things can change when you’re willing to go there.

I create a safe and comfortable environment for you in my healing room. Whilst I do sometimes use a treatment table, I find it’s often more empowering for clients to simply sit in comfy lounge chairs during my reading or healing work.

We chat about what’s “up”. We sit and breathe; I use my ability to “see” intuitively to guide us to the desired outcome. During this process I may “see” the energy that is restricting you and we find the best way to shift it or I may guide you to discover this for yourself which is amazingly empowering for you. I have studied various healing modalities and whilst I use parts of most of them in practice, I mostly rely on my intuitive senses and yours to guide us to the important stuff.

I Believe everyone is whole and therefore does not need fixing, yet we often have “blind spots” where it benefits us to work with an experienced person to illuminate those parts and bring them to awareness so we can either heal, shift or integrate them.

These sessions are powerful personal growth opportunities.
