Dear ones, I come to remind you that you are not alone, there are many beyond your earthly visibility whom see, feel, respond to and record your thoughts, aspirations and prayers. I am the “traffic controller” of these thought paths and you keep me and many others very busy.

I ask that you remain aware of even the most fleeting of thoughts, for whilst you dismiss them as insignificant and consequently forget them, we still need to afford them our attention for processing. We also feel the vibration behind these thoughts and seek your permission to highlight and return for further consideration, those thoughts which are of a lesser significance, in order for you to become more fully aware of what you are actually thinking about and how irrelevant and unnecessary many of them are. As a consequence of this we hope to assist you in achieving greater clarity, inner peace and a stillness; within which you may come to know your fullest self.

We have studied together for many lifetimes, you and I to achieve this stillness of mind and I call on you now to remember, breathe with me and feel your whole self. Under this stillness lie the answers to all that you seek, be still and hear them in the space of the silence.
