Hi my name is Doris Wittmann

I am a visionary; an energy sensitive, artist, channel and healer. I love working with people. To see the life energy return, life expand and for many to see a way through, to choose again makes my heart sing!

You see I was once there and I know what it’s like. That’s why I can look you in the eye and say “you can do it” No matter where you’re at in life, or how ‘awake’ you are, there are times where we can reach out for assistance. So, how may I assist you?

First I could explain how I understand and work with energy.

Energy is a frequency, pulse, flow or vibration. Everything is energy at varying density. We receive or perceive the world, and therefore energy, through all of our senses and if you take every experience back to its energy form, you would see not just the overlay in which it was presented but all the layers underneath as well. It is in these layers that we find the true gifts that we open and grow through.

This is the place I go to for the subtle truth, a place most of us are unaware of or do not fully understand. I have spent time there, searching for answers to my life and this is the place I go to for you when we work together.

Let me give you an example:

The overlay shows a young girl with unexplained minor health problems. As I sit, sensing into the underlying energy, I sense a miscarried pregnancy with the mother, which she confirms. I feel waves of energy: of loss, vacancy, emptiness. There is a feeling of shock, guilt, a frightening sense of not being in charge of her body.

I see how the parent’s pain at the loss of a child caused their hearts to open, the grip of grief rending them to a heightened sensitivity and receptiveness. The love and grief intermingle to create an experience which would create an open heart and bond between the father and mother, a stable platform for the siblings which would follow.

The consequent pregnancy brought a new life into the womb which is still holding this energy of loss, grief, death and emptiness and the daughter’s health is influenced by this.

Through new understanding of the underlying energies, the gifts within the pain, we release it. We sit together, I create a safe compassionate space, and as the mother acknowledges the buried emotions we breathe deeply together allowing the energy freedom.

We are not taught how to interact with energy at this level because it is so subtle and therefore overlooked. My aim is to increase awareness, create choices, take right action and create change for you to live better. To inspire, teach and guide you gently and lovingly back to energetic freedom, mind, body and soul.
